Salon Service & Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment to You

At Seamless Artistry CLT, we strive to provide the highest level of service and artistic excellence. If you are not 100% satisfied with your results, please let us know during your appointment or within [72 hours] of your visit. We are happy to provide a complimentary "adjustment" service to correct any technical issues.

2. No Refunds for Completed Services

All services provided by [Salon Name] are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Hair color, cutting, and styling.

• Chemical treatments (keratin, perms, etc.).

• Extensions and lash applications.

• Esthetic services and nail treatments.

By paying for your service and leaving the salon, you acknowledge that the service has been completed to your satisfaction and that no refunds will be issued.

3. Why We Do Not Refund

Our service fees represent the time, labor, and professional-grade products used during your appointment. Unlike physical retail goods, these cannot be "returned" to the salon.

4. Deposits and Cancellations

• Non-Refundable Deposits: Any deposits required to book an appointment are non-refundable but may be applied to a future service if rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

• Late Cancellations: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit their deposit or be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of appointment booked.

5. Corrective Work

We want you to love your hair. If a technical error was made (e.g., uneven color or cut), please contact us within [3] days. We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" (e.g., deciding you don't like a color you chose), but we are happy to book a new session at a standard rate to achieve a different look.
